A. R. BROWN DIED LAST THURSDAY MORNING. "Father of Solicitor General T. J. Brown, of the Northern Circuit. "Mr. A. R. Brown, of Bowman, died last Thursday morning after a prolonged illness with asthma. He was 62 years of age and one of the best citizens of Elbert county, commanding the respect of all who knew him. "He is survived by four sons, Solicitor General T. J. Brown, of Elberton, J. B. and George Brown, of Hart county, and Hon. Paul Brown of Lexington. "The remains were buried at Bethesda Methodist church in Hart county, near the place where he was born and reared, late Thursday afternoon." [Submitted by: Chandler Eavenson]
