Brown. "Elbert Jackson Brown, 72 years old, died Saturday night about 8 o'clock at his home near Harmony church after a long illness. Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon at 4 o'clock at Concord church by the Rev. C. T. Gray and the Rev. C. C. Thomas and burial was in the churchyard with Masonic honors. T. M. Martin and Co., funeral directors, had charge of arrangements. "Mr. Brown is survived by his wife and the following children: Jim Tom Brown, Elbert Co.;Mrs. Mary Mincer, Miami, Fla.;Asa F. Frown, Miami, Fla.;Miss Will Annie Brown, Macon. Also surviving are six brothers and sisters: A. E. Brown, Elbert Co.;Miss Maggie Brown and Mrs. W. E. Hall, Elberton; Miss Lizzie McAlister, Orlando, Fla.; Mrs. L. M. Eavenson, Miami, Fla.; and Mrs. Jesse Jones, Miami." Submitted by: Chandler Eavenson
