Submitted by his grandson Chandler Eavenson, 491 Whippoorwill Ln., Sautee-Nacoochee, GA 30571. Last Rites Held Today for W. A. Eavenson W. A. Eavenson, 74 years old, died Monday morning about 2:30 at his home in Centerville district. Funeral services were conducted at 3 o'clock this afternoon at Concord church by the Rev. C. T. Gray and the Rev. George Bond and interment was in the churchyard. The Elberton Department Store, funeral directors, had charge of arrangements. Surviving are the following children: Mrs. Alva Ginn, Atlanta; Paul Eavenson, Newport News, VA; C. C. Eavenson and Oscar Eavenson of Elberton; R. L. Eavenson, Miami, Fla. Also surviving ar the following sisters and brothers: Mrs. George Bond and Mrs. Paul Crawford of Elberton; Miss Fannie Smith, Greenville, SC; and T. J. Eavenson, Jacksonville, Fla.
