"Mrs. Sara Seymour, 92 years old, widow of the late Hop Seymour of Elbert Co., and one of Elbert County's Confederate veteran's widows pensioners, died at a private hospital in Atlanta last Saturday. The body was brought back to her native home for burial. Funeral services were held Sunday, and she was laid to rest by the side of her late husband at Deep Creek church. "Mrs. Seymour, before marriage was a Hall, a sister of the lat Alexander Hall of this county, and the last surviving member of a large family of children. The lat J. W. (Pug) Seymour, former Elberton business man, was a son. The only surviving child is Mr. L. C. Kinnebrew of Decatur, with whom she was making her home at the time of her death."
