"Mr. Frank G. Steadman, about 50 years old, died Tuesday afternoon at his home in Carlton. While Mr. Steadman had been in good health for some time his death was a shock to his family and friends. He suffered a paraletic stroke several weeks ago, but had improved and was able to talk around the home. "The funeral was conducted Wednesday afternoon at his home and was attended by a large concourse of friends and relatives. Interment was in the old Fork church cemetery. He is survived by his widow, formerly Miss Lizzie Oglesby of this county, two sisters, Mrs. Mary Steadman Sorrow and Mrs. Belle Wood of Atlanta, three brothers, A. H. Steadman of Carlton, C. C.
