Boyd). The deceased married in Elbert Co. on 25 Oct 1859 to Eliza L.P.C. Teasley (1843-1908) He was a Confederate Soldier and served as Sheriff of Elbert Co. Abner Adams was the son of Revolutionary Soldier Thomas Adams and wife Sarah Ford. Betsy Fortson (1810-1839) was the daughter of Benjamin Fortson and Elizabeth Gaines. Cemetery record shows the deceased was born in 1837 instead of the 1838 date in the death certificate.
