Cemetery records for Elmhurst Cem. show "Levi Livingston Bailey, born 5 May 
1845, died 5 Jan 1923, son of Elijah, C.S.A." Buried nearby and with a group 
of Clevelands is Jule M. Cleveland, died  30 Jan 1938, son of A.J., it being
noted that the informant on the death certificate was Jule Cleveland. No 
marriage records were located for an Elijah Bailey in Elbert, Hart, Franklin
or Madison Co. marriage recordes.
