the son of Thomas and Louisa Turman Bell, and that Elizabeth N. was the 
daughter of David and Betsy Snellings Bell. Elbert Co. marriage records show 
that Marcus A. Bell and Elizabeth N. Bell were married on 28 Jun 1866.
