Laurence C. Fleming and Amanda E. Steadman were married on 2 Jan 1876, and 
Moses T. Fleming and Mrs. Frances Thornton were married 12 Dec 1837. [Mrs. 
Frances Thornton was Frances Adams, daughter of William Adams, and she had been 
previously married to John Thornton, son of Benjamin Thornton, Sr.]
