This is apparently the same person listed in an Elbert Co. cemetery book as 
William E. Fortson, born 1883, died August 1919, buried in the Falling Creek
Baptist Church cemetery, with info no marker was found and the info obtained
from other sources.The birthyear shown in the cemetery book is incorrect, as
indicated by the death certificate.
