Additional Comments:
Although the death certificate shows her name as Emma Estelle Higginbotham, it
is shown in some other records as Emma Eugenia Higginbotham.The death 
certificate shows her mother's name as Eugenia Eavenson but Elbert Co. marriage
records show Rufus Oglesby and Mary Eavenson were married on 11 Jan 1838, and 
that Daniel T. Higginbotham and Emma E. Oglesby were married on 8 Dec 1864. 
Emma's tombstone at Concord cemetery indicates she was born on 21 Apr 1850, 
and Daniel's tombstone indicates he died in 1876. Daniel was the son of John
Green Higginbotham and Sarah Thornton, daughter of Benjamin Thornton, Sr. 
and his first wife. Mary Eavenson was the daughter of George Eavenson (Sr.) and
Mary Hilley.
