Higginbotham as her 2nd marriage. She had married 1st on 9 Dec 1859 to 
Benjamin Thornton Hunt (son of Sion Hunt and Priscilla Kendree Thornton,
daughter of Benjamin Thornton, Sr. and his first wife.) Elijah H. Harper was 
the son of Richard Harper and Elizabeth A. White. Martha "Patsy" Eavenson
was the daughter of George Eavenson (Sr.) and Mary Hilley. [Ref: Book on
Hilley Cousins by Ann C. Holloman.]Cemetery records show Jeptha B. Higginbotham 
was born 26 Oct 1847 and died 30 Apr 1924. He had first been married on 24 Dec 
1867 to Emily V. Norman (1846-1879).
