Death certificate contains the following statement by W. F. Jones, Local 
Registrar: "Mrs. Hunt was an old woman and dependent on charity for support. 
She was found dead in her room by a neighbor. I have no data concerning her age 
and people. I do not know what caused her death as no physician attended her." 
The death certificate was only in the name of "Mrs. Hunt." 

Additional Comments:
Cemetery book containing records of burials at Ruckersville United Methodist 
Church has the following: "Eliza Hunt, found dead 27 May 1924, age 77; obit 
said 'buried here by her husband who died many years ago.'" No marker was 
present.
