James Henry Partain, born 21 Mar 1848, died 21 Oct 1927, and buried beside him
is Elizabeth A. Rucker Partain, born 25 Sep 1844, died 30 May 1903. Elbert Co. 
marriage records show James H. Partin and Elizabeth Rucker were married on 17 
Dec 1865. The death certificate shows a month of birth but it is illegible.
