Records for Elmhurst cemetery show Sallie E. Perry Smith (1849-1926), w/o W.C., 
and William Crawford Smith (1845-1909), Confederate soldier, died in Baltimore, 
MD. Also Perry Hill Smith (1876-1930),son of W. C., it being noted that the 
informant on the death certificate was P. H. Smith. The 1860 census of Newton 
Co., GA shows a household of Walter B. Perry and wife Mary F. with a daughter 
Sarah E. Perry, age 20, in the household. Marriage records show Walter B. Perry 
and Mary Starr were married 12 Nov 1846 in Newton Co.
