Alice S. Campbell on 20 Dec 1883 in Elbert Co. He married 2nd on 9 Feb 1893 in
Hart Co. to Lizzie (Mary E.) Johnson. Alice was born 1863, died 1890. Lizzie 
was born 1869, died 1939. John Lacy Strickland was the son of James Ezekiel 
Strickland (1827-1864), Confederate Sol. from Madison Co., and Rachel Elizabeth 
White ((1832-1890), daughter of Eppie White and Catherine Herndon. Rachel 
married 2nd on 8 Apr 1866 in Hart Co. to Jeptha Duncan (1840-1911), Confederate
