Atlanta Constitution, 26 Nov 1922 
Mr. and Mrs. C. Morgan Bailey of Bowersville, Ga. announce the engagement of 
their daughter, Josephine, to W. C. Hill of Elberton, the marriage to take 
place in the near future. 

Additional Comments:
Elbert Co. marriage records show W. A. Hill and Josephine Bailey were married 
on 15 Jul 1923. Burial records for Elmhurst cemetery, Elberton, show William 
A. Hill (1886-1974), Josephine Bailey Hill (1900-1996), C. Morgan Bailey (1861-
1924) and Bertie E. Bailey (1876-1954), wife of C.M.
