The marriage license shows that the marriage was performed on 28 April 1889 by 
J. D. Moon, JP and the marriage was recorded on 29 Jan 1890 by George L. 
Almand, Ordinary of Elbert Co., GA. 

Additional Comments:
Thomas Jefferson Anderson was born on 15 May 1863 and died on 5 Sep 1915. Docia 
Ann Hall Anderson was born on 4 Sep 1871 and died on 6 Aug 1929. Both are 
buried in Rose Hill cemetery in Royston, Franklin Co., GA. Thomas was the son 
of William Adrian Anderson, Confederate Soldier, and Permelia Ann Hall Oglesby 
Anderson (1828-1912) who were married 15 Dec 1857 in Elbert Co. Permelia, the 
daughter of John Pryor Hall and Mariah Louisa Turman, is buried in Mitchell 
Co., GA where she was living with John James Hall, the brother of Thomas. Docia 
Ann Hall was the daughter of Asbury Shelton Hall.
