In the name of God Amen, I, William Adams, of the State and County aforesaid being in bad health but of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other Wills by me heretofore made. First of all I resign my soul into the hands of God who gave it and my body to be buried in a christian like manner, and ---onching any worldly estate that it has pleased God to bless one with dispose of in the following manner. "Item 1st - My will is that all of my just debts be paid. Item 2nd - My will that my son Osborn G.Adams have one horse worth sixty dollars; and one saddle, bridle and saddle blanket worth fifteen dollars. Item 3rd - My will is that my daughter Rody A. Adams have one cow and calf worth twelve dollars. Item 4th - My will is that the remainder of any property of every description both real and personal be and remain in the possession of my belovedwife Sarah Adams during her natural life or widowhood. Item 5th - My will is that after the death of my wife in case she shall not marry that my Executors hereafter to be appointed sell all of my property and divide the proceedsf thereof equally between all of my children equally share and share alike. Item 6th - My will is that in case my wife shall marry that my Executors sell all of my property and divide the proceeds thereof equally between my wife Sarah Adams and all of my children each to share and share alike. Item 7th - I do hereby constitute and appoint my two sons William H. Adams and Thomas B. Adams my Executors to carry into effect this my Will and Testament.
