  Recorded Will Book 1791 - 1803, Elbert Co. Records, page 94, Office of Judge 
of Probate Court, Elberton, Ga.
  I William Bibb of Elbert County being of sound mind and perfect memory do 
make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following.
FIRST - It is my will and desire that all my Estate both real and personly be 
sold by my Executrix here after mentioned and the money arising from the said 
be applied to the payment of my just debts and the remainder part be equally 
devided between my wife Sally S. Bibb and my children that I have by my said 
wife or may have here after by her or after my said wife ___ ___ ___ to herself 
it may be at her discression to devide the remainder part among the before 
mention children as she may think proper.
SECOND - I do appoint my said wife Sally S. Bibb my whole and sole Executrix of 
this my last will and testament in witness whereof I have here unto set my hand 
and affixed my seal this ninth day of September one thousand seven hundred and 
ninety five.
