Bond of Elbert County, Ga, being of sound mind and memory do make, publish, declare this to be my last Will and testament, to wit: First: That my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid. Second: I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Martha Bond the use of all my real and personal estate during her natural life or widowhood and then said estate is to be equally divided among my legal heirs - namely Sarah M. Adams children, James W. Bond, William J. Bond, Benjamin F. Bond, Ellen J. Adams, Borkin R. Bond, Jeptha W. Bond, Epsie O. Davenport, Martha T. Hogsid and Emory A. Bond. Any and all debts that any of my children or their companions may be owing me at my death must be deducted from his or her interest in the estate. I request that my sons James W. and William J. Bond attend to all of their mother's business for her. Third: I nominate and appoint my sons James W. Bond & William J. Bond to be the executors of this my last Will and testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. In Witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal, this 13 day of May, A. D., 1901.
