(Transcribed from original document in probate office in Elberton, Ga, April 4, 2001) WILL OF ABSOLOM BOOTH: Georgia, Elbert County In the name of God Amen! I Absolom Booth of said state and county do make the following to be my last Will and Testament. Item 1st - I will to my beloved Daughter Mary F E Booth all my real estate in said county on the waters of Broad River, and adjoining lands of W J Vickory and others and containing 150 acres more or less to be hers and her heirs and assigns forever. Item 2d - I will to each of my other children, to wit: John A, Cyntha Ann, Calvin B F and T C Booth four dollars each to be paid out of money left in cash in my estate for such purpose. Item 3rd - I hereby appoint my daughter Mary F E Booth, executrix of this my last Will and Testament. Witness my hand and seal this 4th day of December 1890.
