Likewise 250 acres on Wahhatcha Creek in Elbert County after my just debts are paid the balance to be divided into twelve equal parts to Witt Micajah Clark, Christopher Clark, David Clark, Joshua Clark, Mourning Key, Judith Wyche deceased her children, Rachel Daly, Agatha Wyche, Molly Oliver, Milly White, Susannah Oliver, Lucy Oliver - Item I lend to my beloved wife during her natural life two hundred acres of land on which I now live which I purchased of John Ede - Likewise seventeen negroes with their future increase, to witt Jack, Sam, Frank, Bob, Lucy, Sall, Betty, Patty Easter, Peashence, Anny, Polly, Edmond, Jack, Rachel, Easter. Likewise all - my stock, plantation, tools and household furniture. Item at the death of my wife the negroes which I have lent her with their future increase, stock tools household furniture including the hole of my estate which I have not disposed of to be divided into twelve equal shares as above mentioned and the twelfth part to be equally divided between the children of Judith Wyche decd. Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Molly Oliver he heirs and asighn forever one negro girl named Mary with her future increase. Item I give and bequeath unto my son Joshua Clark his heirs and asighns all my land on Broad River amounting to 550 acres be the same more or less including the two hundred acres which I have lent his mother during her natural life. Item I do hereby appoint my sons Micajah Clark, Christopher Clark, David Clark, Joshua Clark my executors to this my last Will and Testament. In witness I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twelfth day of September one thousand eight hundred. McIntosh, Christopher Clark is shown as born 20 Apr 1737, son of Micajah Clark, Sr. and Judith Adams, married 1757 to Millicent Terrell, born 7 Jun 1741, daughter of David Terrell and Agatha Chiles; also that the name Christopher Clark appears on a list of participants to elect a delegate to the 1795 Constitutional Convention, and was shown as a member of the Georgia House of Representatives from Elbert Co. in 1799. The name Capt.
