Item 1st I lend to my beloved Wife Henrietta all my Estate both Real and Personal during her Natural life that I now have in possession for the Support and the Raising & Schooling My Children on. Item 2nd I Will tha all My that part of Property that may fall to Me from My Mother Lucy Crawford Estate at her death Shall also be lent to my wife aforesaid during the time she remains My widdow but if in case she should marry again, My will is that all P. Property from my Mother afforesaid, shall Immediately be taken out of her possession by My Executor and applied to the only use of My Children (to wit) Burton Earle, Leroy, & William Haley--sons of mine, and that When ever they, or either of them Shall come of age they Shall then Receive an Equal part of Such Estate, and at the death of My Wife, I devise all My Estate both Real and Personal to be equally Divided between My said Children as above--- Lastly I constitute, appoint and Ordain John Craft, My True and lawfull Executor to this My last Will and Testament Revoking all wills heretofore by me Made declaring this and Only This to be My last Will & testament, in Evidence whereof I have hereunto Set My hand and affixed My Seal this twelfth day of November in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred & Fourteen---- John Crawford (seal) In present of J.
