And as touching such Worldly Estate wherewith it has pleased God to Bless one in this Life I give demise and dispose of the same in the following manner and form - And first of all I will that the two hundred acres of land I have in Oglethorpe County be sold as quick as possible may be to pay of my debts. Likewise the hundred dollars that Francis Howard owes me to go for the same purpose. "Item. the Land that I now live on in Elbert County containing four hundred and fifty acres I give unto my three sons Alexander Thomas and William to be equally divided amongst them at my wifes Sarahs death. Out of my moveable effects I give my son David five shillings, to my daughter Patsy one horse and saddle with one hundred dollars or cows or what else can be spared to the same amount. Likewise a bed and furnitire, to my daughter Polly I give and bequeath one bed and furniture Likewise one horse and saddle worth one hundred dollars or cows or anything that can be spared to the same amount which I leave at the discretion of my Executors Sarah Cunningham and William Grimes all therewith whatsoever else I am possessed of I leave with my beloved wife Sarah till her death or to let them have it as they come of age as my Executors shall see needful, Likewise I give unto my son David one bed and furniture at my wife's final disposition. I would that what ever there is be equally divided among my children. I constitute and appoint my beloved wife Sarah Cunningham and William Grimes Executors of this my last Will and Testament and I do hereby utterly disallow, revoke and disanull all and every other former testament Wills, legacies and Executors by me in any will before named willed and bequeathed rattifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament.
