Elbert County, State of Georgia, Court of Ordinary Record of Wills Book B 1861-1895 Georgia; Elbert County: Considering the uncertainty of this life and being of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament. First I give and bequeath to my youngest son William A. David my rasor (sic) and shaveing (sic) implements. Secondly I give and bequeath all the balance of my property to my beloved wife Milly David consisting of land stock of all kinds farming interests and household and kitchen furniture and Negroes Jan, a woman thirty years old, Ann a girl thirteen years old, Polly a girl nine years old and Winnie a girl seven years old during her life time or widowhood and if my youngest son William A. David should live to get married I will that he shall be made equal with my oldest son James W. David at my wifes (sic) death I will that all the above property be equally divided between my two sons James W. David & William A. David. I hereby leave my wife Milly David and Isaac D.
