Item 2nd, I will and bequeath to my son Charles Gosses four children that is Martha Matilda, Mary Sopha, John Colbert and Charles Simeon a lot of land drawn by Isham Goss in Wilkerson County number 125 to be equally divided between the four children. Item 3rd, I will and bequeath to my son Charles Goss Dec one dollar. Item 4th, I will and bequeath my son John Goss one good feather bed and furniture. Item 5th, I will and bequeath to my son Jesse Goss one negro girl by the name of Prissilla by his paying one dollar out of that value into my estate. Item 6th, I will and bequeath to my son Horsha J. Goss two negroes Charles and Robben. Item 7th, I will and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Andrews one loom three chairs and one dish. Item 8th, I will and bequeath to my daughter Mary Bragg one dollar. Item 9th, I will and bequeath to my children as follows to Benjamin Goss John Goss Isham Goss, Micha H. Goss and Anna Webb and John W. Rogers and Isham G. Rogers all of my estate that I have not willed away above real and personal together with all the debts that are oweing to me or may be at the time of my death to be fully divided between them, that is, for one sixth part to be equally divided between the above named John W. Bragg and Isham G. Goss. Item 10th I will and bequeath to Reuben Brown one dollar. I do hereby nominate my sons Isham Goss and Horasha J. Goss my Executors to execute this my last Will and testament signed and acknowledged in presence of us thjis 15 day of May 1815. her Elizabeth X Goss (Seal) mark Test George Wyche his Edmond X Lowrey mark her Sarah X Dillard mark" "Georgia, Elbert County) Court of Ordinary July term 1815 personally appeared in open court Georg Wiche and Edmond Lowrey and being duly sworn say that they saw the within named testator Elizabeth Goss sign seal and deliver the within instrument as her Last Will and Testament that those deponants subscribed the same as witnesses in the presence of each other and in the presence of the said testator and at her request and that these deponants saw the other subscribing witness Sarah Dillard sign the same as a witness in the presence of the said testator and at her request and that the said Elizabeth Goss was at the time of executing the same of sound and disposing mind.
