Sorrow who Intermarried with Sarah E. A. Gunter one of the Legatees under the will of Jesse Gunter late of said county dec'd, and it appearing to the Court that the notice required by law has been given to all the parties in interest under said will. It is therefore ordered by the court that Thomas F. Willis, Thomas Hern, Madison Baker, Wm. D. Clark & Lindsay H. Smith or a majority of them be & they are hereby appointed distribution of said Estate now in the hands of John Gunter as Guardian of the children & legatees of said Jesse Gunter dec'd agreeable to said will & assign to each distributee the proportion directed by said will by lot or otherwise as to them shall seem proper. Said distributees or their legal representatives first complying with the law in Such Cases made & provided I acknowledge due & legal notice of the within application for the purpose therein mentioned John Gunter Guardian Venson Hubbard
