Sworn to in open Court this 7th day of Sept 1812. Signed William Head" [Submitter's notes: William Hall died ca 1809 in Elbert Co., leaving a wife Sarah Blake Hall (1770-1848). She remarried on 4 Dec 1811 in Elbert Co. to William Head (1761-1821), a widower who by his first wife Peggy already had children Elizabeth, Thomas, Benjamin, Polly, George Marshall, Sarah, Nancy, Lucinda and Willis R. Head. William Head and Sarah Blake Hall had one child of their own, William Capel Head, born 1813.]
