Herndon of said State and County, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make and declare the following as my last Will and Testament. Item First: I will and direct that all my just and honest debts be paid. Item Second: I give and bequeath to my daughter Azalee Herndon my piano. Item Third: I will and direct that all the remainder of my property both real and personal be converted into cash, and all of my notes and accounts, if any, be collected and all of this together with all ready cash, if any, together with any and all other effects owned by me or due me, if any, at the time of my death, be equally divided among my six daughters share and share alike to wit: To Mrs. Fannie Tabor one share, To Mrs. Mary Manly one share, To Mrs. Georgia Rampley one share, To Mrs. Eddie Arnold one share, To Mrs. Nonie Burris one share, and to Miss Azalee Herndon one share. The property herein willed my six daughters to be for their own use and benefit. Item Fourth: I hereby nominate my son in law T. O. She was the daughter of John Pryor Hall (1797-1838) and Mariah Louisa Turman (1808-1881). Her daughters married in Elbert Co. to Travis Oliver Tabor, James Adolphus Manley, William T.
