I Robert Hester of the county and state aforesaid do make this my last will First I give to my beloved wife Cornelia F all my estate of every kind that I may be possessed of or entitled to at my death, believing that she will give to our two beloved children such portions as they may need and she can spare better than I would be able to do by this will. Second I consider that our two children have had about the same amount bestowed on them in their maintenance and education up to maturity, and that I have given to our daughter about four thousand dollars, in money and property over and above anything given our son since that time.
