Item I give to my daughter Sarah one negro girl named Daufney one feather bed and furniture one cow and calf one sow and pigs which she is now possessed with and one horse kind to be worth seventy dollars for her to receive after my decease. Item I give to my daughter Anny one negro girl named Milley one feather bed and furniture one cow and calf one sow and pigs and one horse kind worth seventy dollars. Item I give to my daughter Elizabeth one negro girl named Lethy one feather bed and furniture one cow and calf one sow and pigs which she is now possessed with and one horse kind to be worth seventy dollars. Item I give to my son Benjamin Graves one negro named Daniel one cow and calf one sow and pigs one feather bed and furniture and one mare valued to seventy dollars which he is now possessed with and nothing else but the mare. Item I give to my son Peter one negro boy named Jacob one feather bed and furniture one cow and calf one sow and pigs one horse kind worth seventy dollars Item I give to my daughter Mary one negro girl named Rhody one feather bed and furniture one cow and calf one sow and pigs one horse kind worth seventy dollars one saddle and bridle to be worth twenty dollars and one hundred dollars cash. Item I give to my son Larkin one negro named Lindsay one feather bed and furniture one cow and calf one sow and pigs one horse kind worth seventy dollars and one hundred dollars cash to be raised out of my estate and the balance of my estate my desire is to be equally divided between the whole of my children. I constitute and appoint my son Benjamin Graves Higginbotham and John Upshaw Junior my Executors of this my last Will and Testament disanuling and revoking all other Wills and Testaments by me made in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twentyeth day of May one thousand eight hundred and nine.
