Being not Well in Body, yet having my Understanding Entire,being in my Right Mind having my Senses and Memory Sound. Thanks be to God for it , And Calling to mind that it is Appointed for Men once to die, do Make and ordain this My Last Will and Testament Revoking all others Heretofore by me Made--- Item I give and bequeath Unto my Eldest daughter Mary Puryear one Negro Girl Rachel and her Increase to her -her Heirs and Assigns for ever. Item I give and Bequeath unto my Loving Son Joseph Hubbard Two Hundred Acres of Land (in Franklin County) more or less, it being part of Five Hundred and Seventy five Acres Tract on Nails Creek, all that part of S'd tract on South side of S'd Creek to Him his Heirs and Assigns For ever. Item I give to my Loving Daughter Rhoda Burton one Negro Girl Named Fanney and her Increase to her-her Heirs and Assigns for ever. Item I give Unto My Loving Son Benjamin Hubbard one Negro Mam Named Boson to him his Heirs and assigns for ever. Item I give unto my Loving Daughter Susanna Nunnele one Negro Girl Named Beck and her Increase to her -Her heirs and assigns forever. Item I give unto my Loving Son John Hubbard one Negro Girl Named Amia to him his Heirs and Assigns for ever. Item I give and Bequeath unto my Loving Son Richard Hubbard five Hundred and twenty five Acres of Land in ( in Franklin County ) More or less, it ?Being one half and part of another ( page 74 ) on the North Side of Nails Creek, Also one Negro Boy Named James to him to him heirs and Assigns for ever. Item I Leave all the Rest of my Property Consisting of Lands Negroes Stock Working tools and Household Furniture Debts, Bonds Dues Ect. To be Equally Divided amongst my Seven Children above Mentioned, Either by Selling or Division, otherwise, as they may agree amongst themselves.
