I likewise lend her during her widowhood three negroes to wit Stepny Lucy and Betty Likewise four cows four sheep likewise the upper plantation with the dwelling house and kitchen and out houses whereon I now live with a sufficiency of provisions and a sufficiency of plantation tools for to make a crop with a sufficiency of my household furniture to subsist on (Item) I give and bequeath unto my son Joacim Hudson one negro fellow named Soloman to him and his heirs for ever (Item) I give to my Christopher Hudson two hundred eighty seven and half acres of land in Franklyn County on Littles Creek also a negro girl named Mary to him and his heirs for ever (Item) I give and bequeath unto my son Joshua Hudson one negro boy named Harry to him and his heirs for ever (Item) I give and bequeath unto my son Gilliam Hudson three hundred acres of land in Franklyn County on a small creek of the Grove River, also one negro boy named Elbert to him and his heirs for ever (Item) I give and bequeath to my son Thomas Hudson my land and plantation whereon I now live except a small part adjoining Harpers and Bardens lines but not to possess more than two hundred acres with the lower plantation untill after his mothers death or marriage and then to possess the whole also one negro girl named Olive to him and his heirs for ever (Item) I give to my grandson Cuthbert Hudson son of Christopher Hudson fifty acres of land adjoining the tract I now live on be the same more or less in a direct course from a light wood corner on Harpers line thence to a corner line on sd line thence a direct course to my back line all above said line I give to him and heirs for ever (Item) I give to my daughter Anpheladay Westbrook one negro girl named Pegg to her and her heirs for ever (Item) I give to my daughter Elizabeth Northington one negro girl named Amey to her and her heirs for ever (Item) I give to my daughter Mary Burten one negro girl named Milly to her and her heirs forever (Item) I give and bequeath to my daughter Susanna Hudson one negro girl named Nell one feather bed and furniture to her and her heirs for ever (Item) I give unto my daughter Bethsheba Hudson one negro girl named Nancy one feather bed and furniture to her and her heirs for ever - It is my will and desire after all my just debts is paid that what is not mentioned in my Will shall be equally divided between my children also it is my will and desire after the death of my wife or marriage that what I have lent her shall be equally divided between all my children, I constitute this my Last Will and Testament revoking all others theretofore made - I constitute and appoint my two sons Joacim Hudson and Christopher Hudson Executors to this my last Will - As witness my hand this thirtyth day of September 1799.
