William Mcmullan one of the Executors of Thomas Maxwell dec'd makes the 
following return to the Court of ordinary of Elbert County to May 
adjourned Term 1841.

By balance of the distributive share coming to Wm. McMullan one of the 
Legatees under the will of said deceased $38.375
