Sarah Moon Admix of Jacob D Moon Decd Returns to the ordinary of
Elbert County that she sold on the first Tuesday in August last (being
3rd day of August 1869) after duly advertising the same before the
Court House door in Elberton subject to the widows dower, a tract of
land lying on the waters of Mill Shoal Creek in said county containing
one hundred and twenty four acres more or less and joining lands of
Martin White, Milum (?) Hendricks, William Moore & others. Where said
tract of land was knocked off to Martin White for the sum of $440.00.

Personally appeared before me Sarah Moon Admix of Jacob D Moon dec'd
and being sworn says that the above sale list as it Stands Stated is
just and correct to the best of her knowledge and belief.
