Will of Mary Stinchcomb 24 Oct 1836 Elbert County, GA I Mary Stinchcomb of the State of Georgia and county of Elbert being old and infirm in body but of sound mind and memory do make this my ;last will and testament viz first of all my just debts to be paid 2nd Secondly I give unto my Son Levi Stinchcomb all my stock of hogs and one fine table one Syth and cradle and forty Dollars in cash. Thirdly, I give unto my grandson John Stinchcomb one grey colt. Fourthly, I give unto my son Phillip Stinchcomb forty one Dollars in cash Fifthly, I give unto my daughter Betsy Booth one cow and forty one Dollars in cash Sixthly I giv3e unto my daughter Caty Andrews forty one Dollars in cash and one brindle heiffer, Seventhly I will into my daughter Francis A Chambers forty one Dollars in cash and one Bible. Eighthly, I give unto my Son Nathaniel Stinchcomb forty one Dollars in cash Ninthly, I give unto my Daughter Lucy M Hall forty one Dollars in cash and one fine (prize?) charta (china). Tenthly, I give unto my Daughter Polly Sewell one negro woman called Charity. I also give unto said Polly Sewell one grey mare and thre head of sheap and one cupborde and one walnut table one patent sythe and crdle one desk (unknown word) and cash forty Dollars Eleventhly I will that all my Beds and bed furniture be Equally divided betwixt four of my Daughters to wit Elizabeth Booth.
