Booth to Claiborn Sandidge Estate (bonds) Georgia, Elbert County: Know all men by these presence that we Woodson C. Booth, John Booth, William J. Moore, Robert Booth, Robert Eberhart & Calvin J. Moore of said County are held firmly bound unto James M. Sandidge & Andrew J. Sandidge as administrators of the estate of Claiborn Sandidge deceased in the sum of one hundred and five dollars thirty eight cents for the payment of which unto the said administrators their heirs successors and assigns we bind ourselves our heirs & assigns as witness our hands and seals this seventh day of February 1845. The condition of the above obligation is such that the above bound Woodson C. Booth in right of his wife Louisa Booth formally Louisa Pace has this day received of the above named administrators the distributive share of the said Louisa of the estate of said Claiborn Sandidge under a Dunce (?) of the Superior Court of Elbert County aforesaid the same being one third of one seventh part of the proceeds of sale of Negroes under said Dunce (?) also fourteen Dollars in said Dunce (?) specified now if the said Woodson C. Booth shall well and truly refund to the Administrators as aforesaid the amount by him so received as above the same being Fifty two dollars and sixty nine cents with interest thereon to the time of such refunding if Thomas J. Sandidge mentioned in Said Dunce (?) be in life or if he be dead leaving heirs having a higher right than the complainant in said Bill & Dunce (?) above mentioned then the above obligation to be void else remain in full force & virtue.
