To my wife's niece Nancy wife of Enos O. Tate certain slaves. To my nieces Lewcy Andrews and Elizabeth Upshaw $500.00 each. To Agnes Ann Harris, dtr of Rachel Harris dec'd and to the children of William A. Nelson dec'd $500.00 each. To Luther Henry Martin son of Jane Johnston, certain slaves and the tract of land whereon I know live. To Enos, son of James Tate, Esq.., a slave now in said James possession. Residue to grand nieces and nephews, Elizabeth, Jane, Milton and Madison Tate, children of Susan Tate, dec'd and the children of Phillip Johnson and James Arnold, dec'd and the children of Elizabeth Fortson.
