Teasley of the State of Georgia and County of Hart, being of sound disposing mind and memory do make this my last Will and Testament, in form and manner following, to wit: "Ist - I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without delay by my Executors hereinafter named. "IInd - I will and bequeath unto my beloved wife Elizabeth Teasley all my property both real and personal to dispose of as she may think best by the advise and consent of my Executors. ' "IIIrd - My will is that at the death of my wife, my estate be divided in the manner following (viz)- One tenth I give and bequeath unto Lucy H. Cason, wife of Thomas H. Cason. One tenth I give and bequeath unto Alfred J. Teasley. One tenth I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth A. Adams, wife of William R. Adams. One tenth I give and bequeath unto Benjamin C. Thornton in trust for my daughter Priscilla J. Thornton and her natural heirs. One tenth I give and bequeath unto Mary F. Adams, wife of James J. Adams. One tenth I give and bequeath unto Drucillia C. Maxwell, wife of Benj. M. Maxwell. One tenth I give and bequeath unto Martha A. Teasley. One tenth Igive and bequeath unto Phronia R. Teasley. One tenth I give and bequeath unto Eliza E. Teasley. And one tenth I give and bequeath unto Sarah A. Teasley, to share and share alike. "IVth - I will that all my lands be sold by my Executors, at the death of my wife. "Vth - My will is that my negroes be equally divided among my children before mentioned, at the death of my wife. "VIth - I nominate and appoint Alfred J. Teasley and Thomas J. Cason Executors to this my last Will and Testament. "In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this fifth day of May 1860.                             Beverly A. Teasley sign the foregoing Will, that at the time of signing the same, the said Beverly A. Teasley published and delivered it to be his last Will and Testament that deposed together with James E. Skelton and R. A. Jones whose names are thereto subscribed as witnesses, signed the same as witnesses in the presence and at the request of said testator, at the date thereof, that testator at the time of signing the same was in the opinion of deponent of sound and disposing mind.
