I, James Teasley of the State of Georgia and County of Elbert being of advanced age but of sound mind and memory do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following: 1st - I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without delay by my Executor hereinafter named. 2nd - My will and desire is that all my property both real and personal be divided into seven equal parts in manner and form following: 3rd - To the children of my deceased daughter Martha W. Teasley I give and bequeath one seventh of my estate both real and personal to them and their heirs forever to be kept by Thomas J. Teasley in trust for said children until the youngest arrives of mature age and then to be equally divided between the children of sid deceased daughter to them and their heirs forever. 4th - I will to the children of my daughter Lucy H. Adams wife of Lawrence M. Adams one seventh part of my estate both real and personal to be held by the said Lawrence M. as trustee until the youngest child becomes of age at which time said trustee will divide said part of my property equally between the children of my said daughter Lucy H. to them and their heirs forever. 5th - I give to my daughter Priscilla Hunt, wife of Willis Hunt one seventh part of my estate both real and personal to her and her heirs forever. 6th - I give and bequeath to my daughter Phronisa Johnson wife of Malcom M. Johnson one seventh part of my estate both real and personal to her and her heirs forever. 7th - I give and bequeath to my daughter Drucilla Ann Teasley wife of John E. Teasley one seventh of my estate both real and personal to her and her heirs forever. 8th - I give and bequeath to my son Beverly A. Teasley one seventh part of my estate both real and personal to him and his heirs forever. 9th - I give to my son James R. Teasley one seventh part of my estate both real and personal to him and his heirs forever. 10th - It is my will and desire that my little grand daughter Eliza Livonia Pricilla Catherine Teasley, daughter of my deceased daughter Martha M. Teasley have in addition to her portion with the balance of her brothers and sisters above named one feather bed and furniture, one bridle and saddle and two hundred dollars in cash, this to be made out of the undivided estate and I appoint Thomas J. Teasley trustee of the same to be paid over to said child as soon she arrives to year of maturity. 11th - I nominate and appoint my two sons Beverly A. and James R. Teasley Executors of this my last Will and Testament with a request that in the division of my negroes the heirs before named will so manage in the division of them as to keep them in the family.
