Will Book L, Pages 153,154 Written: April 4, 1818 Recorded: May 9, 1818 Will of Daniel Tucker Elbert Co., GA Will Book L, pages 153,154 Written 4 April 1818 "In the name of God Amen, I Daniel Tucker of the State of Georgia and County of Elbert now of sound mind and memory do make this my last Will and Testament revoking all others by me heretofore made hoping for a full pardon of all my sins at the Resurrection of the dead, and after a Christian burial and all my other debts are paid, I give and bequeath the rest of my property which it hath pleased God to bless me with - in the following manner (viz) First I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Frances Tucker all my property both real and personal during her natural life and my two daughters Frances Tucker and Susanna Tucker and also my two sons Reuben Tucker and Isham Tucker, to live with my beloved wife Francis Tucker, while they remain unmarried. And at ther death, I give and bequeath to my son Ethil Tucker one dollar and I give and bequeath to my son Gabriel Tucker one dollar and I give and bequeath to my son Daniel Tucker my gray mare and I give and bequeath to my son Robert Tucker one dollar and I give and bequeath to my son Eppes Tucker one dollar, and further I give and bequeath after the death of my beloved wife Frances Tucker, all the rest of my property both real and personal not already given away to my two daughters Francis Tucker and Susanna Tucker and my two sons Reuben Tucker and Shem Tucker to them and their heirs and assigns forever to be equally divided between them, and I constitute and appoint my two sons Reuben Tucker and Shem Tucker Executors to this my last Will and Testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fourth day of April 1818.
