"I, Mary Jane Turner of said State and County being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last Will and Testament. "Item 1st: I wish my executor as soon as possible after my death to pay my debts. If a sale of property be necessary I wish him to select for sale that which can be most advantageoously used for this purpose and authorize him to sell the same either public or private as he may see fit. Item 2nd: I give to my beloved husband John William Turner as support out of my estate both real and personal without encroaching on said estate if the ---- are sufficient for his support during his natural life. After his death I desire that my entire estate both real and personal be equally divided in ten shares as follows: Item 3rd: I give to my son Robert A. Turner one tenth of my estate both real and personal. I give to my granddaughters Minnie Duncan and Janie Maxwell, children of my daughter Mary L. Hulme, one tenth of my estate both real and personal. I give to my daughter Verona V. Carithers one tenth of my estate both real and personal. I give to my daughter Mattie H. Loehr one tenth of my estate both real and personal. I give to my daughter Cora Cleveland one tenth of my estate both real and personal. I give to my son John W. Turner, Jr.one tenth of my estate both real and personal. I give to my son George E. Turner one tenth of my estate both real and personal. I give to my daughter Ida E. Eavenson one tenth of my estate both real and personal. I give to my grandsons Truman L. Fleming, Samuel R. Fleming, Benjamin W. Fleming and my granddaughter Drucy W. Fleming, children of Addie E. Fleming, one tenth of my estate both real and personal. I give to my son James E. Turner one tenth of my estate both real and personal. Item 4th: I do hereby appoint John W. Turner, Jr. my son as executor of this my Will. I authorize him to sell my estate either public or private and pay over to the heirs their part of said estate, it being my desire not to have my estate burdened with any unnecessary expense. Item 5: I hereby appoint John W. Turner Guardian for the minor children of Addie E. Fleming, it being my desire that they receive their mother's share of my estate. In testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand this 29 day June 1904. Edwards" The above Will was probated in common form of law and admitted to record at September Term, 1904 of the Court of Ordinary of Elbert Co., Ga and recorded Sept 6, 1904. J. J.
