Georgia, Elbert County)  In the name of God Amen I Elizabeth Young of the 
County aforesaid being weak of body but of sound and disposing mind and memory 
do make this my last Will and Testament. 1st I give and bequeath all my estate 
of every kind whatsoever to Oliver Threlkeld of the county aforesaid to him and 
his heirs forever. 2nd I constitute and appoint the said Oliver Threlkeld 
Executor of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereoff I have hereunto 
set my hand and seal this 23rd day of August 1823.
