The petition of George Kirkland, Jr. a citizen of the United States, residing in said State, showeth that Mrs. Mollie Clark departed this life on or about the -- day of -- 1920 a resident of said County, intestate, leaving an estate of real and personal property of the probable value of One thousand Dollars: and that under the law it is necessary that said estate should be administered; that Petitioner has been selected by a majority in interest of the heirs of said deceased to act as administrator of her estate, and by experience is a fit and qualified person to so act. Wherefore, Petioner prays an order directing that citation be issued herein and published as the law requires; and that if no good cause be shown to the contrary, your petitioner be appointed Administrator of estate of said deceased. EMANUEL COURT OF ORDINARY, November Term, 1936. The written petition of George Kirkland, Jr., as Admr. of the estate of Mrs. Mollie Clark, deceased, praying for leave to sell the land of said deceased, having been duly filed, and it appearing that notice of the same has been published, as required by law; that it is necessary for the purpose of paying debts and making distribution, (it being incapable of division in kind) that said land be sold, and no objection being filed thereto, it is ordered by the Court that the said George Kirkland, Jr., as such Admr., be and is hereby granted leave to sell, for the purpose aforesaid, the following described land of said deceased one tract of land lying in the 49th Dist, G.M., of Emanuel County, Georgia, containing 40 1/2 acres, more or less bounded on the North by the J. B. Canady land, now owned by Dan and John Canady: East, by Public Road running from Garfield to Herndon and by the J. B.
