1895, January 7--- This Indenture made between J.W. Olliff & Co. unto T.H. 
Griffin, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of 
dollar, sold and do sell all that tract of land situated in the 50th G M 
District  pf Emanuel County, Georgia, bounded North by B.J. Griffin, East by 
C.N. Griffin, South and West by B.J. Strickland.  Said tract of land containing 
100 acres and known as the old David Griffin home place.  Also personal 
property.  To pass the title of the above described property unto the said J.W. 
Olliff & Co., the debt hereby being two promissory notes for the sum of $121.25 
dollars each.
