You are hear by authorized and required to admeasure and lay out or cause to be admeasured and laid out to Rubin Frost a Tract of Land which shall contain three hundred and thirty acres in the said county of Emanuel lying joining Lands of Price and Harrison lying on the Sugarcane branch. You are also hear by directed and required to record the plat of the same in your office, And transmit a copy thereof, together with this warrant to the surveyor-general within the time of (three months struck through) from this date given under My hand and seal June the 7th? 1850.
