The Rev. Johnny Walker will officiate. Burial will be in Poplar Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery near Adrian. Mrs. Avery died Monday. A native of Emanuel County, she was the daughter of the late Nathan Foskey and the late Mrs. Nancy Harrell Foskey. She was the widow of Ernest W. Avery and was a member of Adrian United Methodist Church. Survivors include a son, Wayne Avery of Vidalia; four daughters, Mrs. Natha Lodesky and Mrs. Audrey Brantley, both of Adrian and Mrs. LaNelle Wyatt of College Park and Mrs. Ernestine Wilson of Dublin; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be grandsons and great-grandsons, John Avery, David Avery, Alan Avery, Richard Avery, Scott Hardy, Robert Chafin, Danny Hoffman, and Michael Hardy.
