               Myrtis Foskey Succumbs; Rites Held On Sunday
 ADRIAN----Funeral services for Myrtis Foskey, 70, were held at 4pm Sunday at 
Corinth Methodist Church near Meeks.
 The Rev. Griffin Thompson and the Rev. Cecil Ruffin officiated, with burial 
in the church cemetery. Nephews were pallbearers.
 Mr. Foskey, who died at his residence, was a lifelong resident of Emanuel 
County and a retired farmer.
 Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Una Mae Foskey of Adrian; a sister, Mrs. E. 
W. Avery of Adrian; and a brother, Norman Foskey of Adrian.
 Shadowlawn Mortuary of Swainsboro was in charge of arrangements.

Additional Comments:
Myrtis was born 4-12-1903 to Nathan Tucker Foskey and Elizabeth "Lizzie" Drake 
Foskey.
