Swainsboro Newspaper, SFB Jun 22, 1922
Mr. J.H. Glisson died at his home at Garfield, after a short illness.  He was 
an old soldier and was 83 years of age.  He was a devout member of the church 
and had always lived a Christian life.  He leaves a widow, two sons and four 
daughters, besides many other relatives and friends.  May God bless each adn 
every one of them.
